We’re going to ease into the autumn mood with the 2023 Éric Chevalier Val de Loire Chardonnay. As you can see, it’s not very scary, but the falling yellow leaves are certainly evocative. This unoaked, fruit-forward Chardonnay is perfect for when you’ve just brought a pumpkin home from the patch.

The Dark Arts Whiskey House, 7.5 Years Old Barely Legal Bourbon is a heady potable of 51% corn and 49% rye, but equal parts spicy and sweet. Pour this while poring over tomes and grimoires.

Now we're getting into the truly macabre. The PM Spirits Project, Cask Selection Fino Sherryis a shockingly unique production: this is Sherry bottled from a single solera cask. The flavors are intense and dry - bone dry.

Espolòn Tequila Blanco might potentially be more suited for Dia de los Muertos remembrances, but such a light and enjoyable Tequila would be welcome in all kinds of autumnal potions - try it in a cider margarita or a Bloody Maria.
