Pumpkin SPIKED Latté Season!

Coole Swan Irish Cream Liqueur is made with real Belgian white chocolate and single malt Irish whiskey for unparalleled smoothness. It's a little like Baileys but with less cocoa and more body, so it's going to let the Pumpkin Spice shine through. This isn't about covering up the pumpkin, we're accentuating here. This one's a no-brainer for people who love PSLs.

There are any number of brown liquors that you could add to a Pumpkin Spiced Latté and would do just fine. But this is a spiced rum (i.e., a rum that has spices steeped in it), and these particular spices match up exceedingly well with everything already going on in a PSL. The St. Lucia Distillers 'Chairman's Reserve' Spiced Rum features Bois Bande, a special local bark, along with vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and bitter orange (among other spices). All of that will help dial up the spicier flavors in your latté, and keep you nice and toasty to boot.

For anyone who likes to add an extra shot to their latté, this is the stuff for you. While there are oceans of coffee liqueur out there, we like the Faretti because it is specifically an Espresso liqueur - they take Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee beans, then roast and grind them to espresso standard before making the liqueur. Each bottle of Faretti has the equivalent of four cups of coffee, so this is a potently delicious way to supercharge your favorite latté (pumpkin or not).

So far we've just been emphasizing the flavors already present in a Pumpskin Spiced Latté, but what if you wanted to introduce a little twist, a little extra somethin' somethin'? We've got some good options for that too, but let's start with the basics: Frangelico is a classic liqueur that you will see in every bar and probably not think twice about. But, crucially for our purposes, the primary flavor in Frangelico is Hazelnut, and it's super aromatic. It's not cream-based or chocolatey either, so you'll just be adding in a nice, delicate hazelnut note. We're leaning into the basic with this one.

High in the Alps, the Dolin Génépy le Chamoisis an herbal liqueur made from a blend of over 30 locally farmed botanicals. It's aromatic and grassy and floral and complex, so you're going to have to trust us when we say it's the perfect ingredient if you want to add a certain je ne sais quoi to your Pumpkin Spiced Latté. It's a little like Chartreuse but a little easier to play with, and it will add an entirely new dimension to your PSL game.
