This wine showcases a deep garnet color and offers evolving aromas of black fruits such as crème de cassis and prunes, complemented by notes of incense, cloves, cedar, cigar box, and powdered cinnamon. On the palate, it is full-bodied with rich, bold flavors and a solid frame of grainy tannins. The oak influence is subtle, and the finish is impressively long with lingering mineral notes. ​
