Crafted by fifth-generation winemaker Cécile Grongnet in the village of Étoges, this exceptional cuvée blends 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay, exclusively from the 2015 vintage. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on the lees for 3.5 years, it showcases a harmonious balance of richness and freshness. On the palate, it offers vibrant notes of citrus, green apple, and a hint of brioche, underpinned by a fine, persistent mousse and a chalky minerality, culminating in a long, refreshing finish.
