Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on the lees for 3.5 years, it showcases a harmonious balance of richness and freshness. On the palate, it offers vibrant notes of citrus, green apple, and a hint of brioche, underpinned by a fine, persistent mousse and a chalky minerality, culminating in a long, refreshing finish.
