PoderNuovo a Palazzone is a boutique Tuscan estate dedicated to small-lot, expressive wines that reflect their hillside vineyards near Siena. The 2021 'Argirio' Cabernet Franc is grown on blue clay soil, similar to the blue clay found in Bordeaux's right bank, and fermented with careful temperature control. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, balancing structure with elegance while highlighting the grape’s aromatic character. It reveals vibrant notes of red and black cherry, plum, and ripe herbs, with subtle hints of graphite and tobacco.
