Today, the estate is led by Catherine Faller, who continues the family's commitment to quality, employing organic and biodynamic practices in the vineyards surrounding the majestic Schlossberg hill. The 2022 vintage is a lovely example of Alsatian Riesling, offering a vibrant and refreshing taste profile. You'll find bright aromas of white blossoms, lime zest, and green apple, leading to a palate with a fine, delicate entry and a long, dry finish driven by crisp acidity and distinctive minerality.
