On the palate, it is medium-bodied with lively acidity, featuring flavors of ripe pear, lemon zest, and a touch of brioche, all underscored by a characteristic minerality. The wine was aged for nine months in French oak barrels (23% new), contributing to its complexity without overwhelming its fresh character.
