2023 Camille & Guillaume Boillot, Puligny-Montrachet 'Les Enseigneres'

Camille and Guillaume Boillot represent the next generation of one of Burgundy’s most respected winemaking families, carrying forward the tradition with a fresh, precise approach. Their Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseigneres comes from a celebrated lieu-dit just below the Grand Cru vineyards of Bâtard-Montrachet, often considered one of the finest village-level sites in Puligny.

The 2023 vintage is a benchmark expression of the terroir: shimmering citrus and orchard fruit layered with white flowers, almond, and a subtle mineral edge. The palate is both generous and finely etched—silky and elegant, with lifted acidity driving through a long, saline finish.
