Château Yvonne’s 100% Cabernet Franc is a Loire Valley classic with serious roots—think Middle Ages history and a modern organic revival. Grown on a tiny, one-hectare plot in Parnay, the vines (15–50 years old) dig deep into sandy-clay over limestone, bringing vibrant purity to the glass. Fermented and aged in concrete, this wine is unfined, unfiltered, and all about clean, expressive fruit with a whisper of wild elegance. With minimal sulfur and maximum soul, it’s a gorgeous snapshot of Saumur terroir, crafted with care by Matthieu Vallée.
