2023 Paul Nicolle Chablis Vieilles Vignes
2023 Paul Nicolle Chablis Vieilles Vignes
Burgundy, France
Sourced from 25–30-year-old Chardonnay vines rooted in Kimmeridgian limestone and clay, this wine draws from south-facing plots across Chablis, Fleys, Chichée, and Béru. Fermented with a mix of native and selected yeasts and aged on the lees for 12–18 months in stainless steel, it’s a true expression of terroir. The final cuvée blends younger, vibrant vines with older, more textured ones—balancing freshness, depth, and unmistakable Chablisienne minerality.
