2023 Pietradolce, Pietradolce Etna Bianco

The 2023 Pietradolce Etna Bianco is a striking expression of Sicily’s volcanic terroir, crafted from 100% Carricante grapes grown on the northern slopes of Mount Etna at elevations between 700 and 800 meters. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for 4–6 months, this wine showcases a luminous straw hue with greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals notes of salted lemon peel, almond, and white flowers, complemented by wet stone and a hint of sea mist.
