The 2025 San Salvatore Vetere Rosato is summer in a bottle—crisp, bright, and ready to party. Made from organically farmed Aglianico grown in Campania’s sun-drenched Cilento coast, it bursts with wild strawberries, pink grapefruit, and a breezy herbal lift. The Pagano family, who founded the estate in 2006, named it after their son and farm with serious love for the land (and even keep water buffalo on-site for real mozzarella vibes). It’s the perfect rosé for beach days, rooftop hangs, or pretending you’re on the Amalfi Coast.
