Made from Hondarrabi Beltza grapes, the wine is fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures to preserve its natural effervescence and bright aromatics. It offers lively flavors of wild strawberry, raspberry, and citrus zest, with a touch of sea breeze and light sparkle. Crisp acidity and a refreshingly fine finish make it an ideal warm-weather rosé and a perfect match for clams, mussels, and white fish.
