Arbikie Nadar Gin (200 ml)

"The world's first climate positive gin" is distilled from sweet peas, which are great at sequestering carbon from the air, so each 700ml bottle of this spirit actually has a -1.54kg CO2e carbon footprint. Once it's out of the bottle, the gin is very expressive on the nose with a fresh green note of sugarsnap pea, and faint hints of green apple, sea spray, and of course juniper. The palate leads with light sweetness before getting very botanical, like a bushel of fresh Highland herbs picked in the morning. Great for dry martinis, vespers, and citrus.
