El Tesoro, El Tesoro Blanco Tequila

El Tesoro Blanco is a Tequila that is finally receiving warranted attention in agave sipping circles for its traditional craftsmanship and palate. The agave comes from the southern highlands (Los Altos) of Jalisco, is crushed under a traditional stone tahona wheel, fermented with the agave fibers, and twice distilled in copper pot stills. The result is classic, clean tequila blanco - pepper and herb notes, present minerality on the palate, and a rich-but-sleek texture. Excellent on its own or in simple cocktails where the spirit can still shine.
