It offers a light-to-medium body with bright agave flavors, complemented by notes of tropical fruit, lemon zest, pepper, vanilla bean, and grilled pineapple, culminating in a clean, stylish finish . Produced at Casa San Nicolas, the tequila undergoes a meticulous process involving slow cooking of agave piñas, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a proprietary yeast strain, and distillation in both pot and column stills, reflecting a blend of traditional and modern techniques
