Crafted by one of Mexico's few woman Master Tequileras, Miriam Lopez, the Fósforo Tequila Blanco is made from Los Altos highland agave fermented with Champagne yeast and distilled twice in copper pot stills for a light but creamy texture. The aromas and flavors are on the more delicate citrus side, with some lemon zest and melon leading into stony, roasted agave body. Very well balanced for drinking on its own over a slice of lime or in any tequila cocktail. If you're looking for something to put in a Ranch Water, this is it.
