Four Roses is one of Kentucky's most storied distilleries, and their Single Barrel Bourbons are always carefully selected by the Master Distiller for their elegance and complexity. This is their OBSV recipe: O means that it's a Four Roses Bourbon, B is their high-rye (60% corn, 35% rye, 5% malted barley) mashbill, S denotes that it's a Straight bourbon, and V is the yeast strain (V is the yeast they use for "delicate fruit"). 

Tasting notes include apricot, peach, marzipan, and toasty oak spice.
