This beautifully textured Assyrtiko hails from the cool-climate Amyndeon region of Northwestern Greece, where nearby lakes help balance the extremes of hot summers and cold winters. Grown in sandy, low-nutrient soils, the young vines yield a wine that’s aromatic and mineral-driven, with notes of waxy peach, golden pear, delicate white flowers, and a savory, saline finish.
