Named for the Camarena family's grande dame, Doña Elena, La Gran Senora is produced at the family's distillery in Arandas, Jalisco, from single estate 100% Blue Weber Agave and no additives. It spends six months in American white oak barrels, and has a delicate nose of mango and creamsicle while the palate is softly textural, with a floral element from the Champagne yeast used in fermenting the agave.
