Originally made in Malaga and now produced in Bierzo, this artisanal vermouth blends over 40 trials into one perfected, time-honored recipe. Crafted in a ‘French style’—drier and aged over 18 months with botanicals like chamomile, clove, vanilla, and turmeric—it offers a complex, woodsy profile with notes of spice and macerated berries. Co-founder Patrick Mata has brought his ancestors’ pre-Prohibition vermouth back to the U.S., honoring heritage while delighting modern aperitif lovers.
