Led by Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero, Mijenta Tequila focuses on sustainability and craftsmanship. Their agave is grown in the highlands where the soil has a high iron content, leading to a pronounced mineral note in the spirit. 

The Blanco Tequila leads with savory agave on the nose, with some vanilla from the slow roasting process. On the palate it's lightly fruity with some baking spice, underpinned by the ever-present stoniness.
