Crafted by Pascal Agrapart, this grower Champagne blends 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir from seven Grand and Premier Cru villages, including Avize, Oger, Cramant, and Oiry, showcasing the diverse terroirs of the Côte des Blancs. Fermented with native yeasts and aged on the lees for 24 to 36 months, the wine exhibits a vibrant profile with notes of crisp green apple, lemon zest, white flowers, and a hint of brioche, underpinned by a fine, persistent mousse and a chalky minerality. The Extra Brut dosage of 5 grams per liter ensures a dry, refreshing finish, making it an elegant choice for both aperitifs and seafood pairings.
