Fermented with native yeasts and aged on the lees for 24 to 36 months, the wine exhibits a vibrant profile with notes of crisp green apple, lemon zest, white flowers, and a hint of brioche, underpinned by a fine, persistent mousse and a chalky minerality. The Extra Brut dosage of 5 grams per liter ensures a dry, refreshing finish, making it an elegant choice for both aperitifs and seafood pairings.
