Crafted by Pascal Agrapart, this 100% Chardonnay Champagne hails from Grand Cru vineyards in Avize, Oger, Cramant, and Oiry, reflecting the diverse terroirs of the Côte des Blancs. The blend combines wines from two consecutive vintages, with the older portion aged in oak barrels and the cuvée matured on lees for a minimum of four years, resulting in a wine that balances richness and precision. On the palate, it offers vibrant notes of citrus, green apple, and white flowers, underpinned by a fine, persistent mousse and a chalky minerality, culminating in a long, refreshing finish.
