The blend combines wines from two consecutive vintages, with the older portion aged in oak barrels and the cuvée matured on lees for a minimum of four years, resulting in a wine that balances richness and precision. On the palate, it offers vibrant notes of citrus, green apple, and white flowers, underpinned by a fine, persistent mousse and a chalky minerality, culminating in a long, refreshing finish.
