Malvirà’s story began in 1950 when Giuseppe Damonte saw the untapped potential of the Roero region. His love for farming and wine was contagious, and in 1974, his sons Roberto and Massimo took over, shifting the family’s focus from bulk wine to top-quality estate production. For over 30 years, the brothers poured their hearts into refining their wines, and today, Malvirà is a testament to their dedication. With six vineyards spanning 40 hectares, all organically farmed, they continue to craft wines that showcase the best of Roero. If you've never tried sparking Nebbiolo, this is a fantastic introduction with notes of pomegranate, white peach, cherry blossom, and a hint of citrus.
