The Tximita Vermuths "shocked" us during a recent tasting. Tximitxa Vermouth, named after the Basque word for lightning, was inspired by a sudden spark of creativity. It is the first vermouth crafted exclusively from 100% Hondarrabi Zuri Txakoli wine grapes, a rare varietal found only in Spain’s Basque Country. This indigenous grape lends the vermouth a crisp, bright character with vibrant acidity and subtle salinity. Carefully infused with a selection of botanicals, it balances herbal complexity with the refreshing qualities of Txakoli wine. Perfect for a cocktail or an aperitivo!
