Ostinato, Marsala Secco [500ml]

This sweet Marsala is crafted using traditional methods that are now rare in the region. It is made from late-harvest, low-yielding old vines of Grillo, Inzolia, and Catarratto. With a naturally higher alcohol content, it requires less fortification, allowing Marsala’s terroir to shine. Extended aging beyond the standard Fine requirements enhances its depth and complexity. The result is a Marsala with a rich, expressive vinous character.
