Starlight Distillery Blackberry Whiskey

Starlight Distillery in Indiana belongs to the Huber family, who have been farming the same land since 1843 and distilling since 2000. While they do make excellent straight bourbon, blackberries are actually the farm's biggest crop. A portion of those berries are put into a homemade concentrate (just freeze and skim the juice), and then blended into their bourbon to make this delicious, delicately sweet Blackberry Whiskey. No added sugar or artificial anything, just a good craft product, straight from the farm to the bottle.
